1. NYEMO Cambodia NGO is responsible for providing a delivery date on order.

2. NYEMO Cambodia NGO is responsible for providing the well finished products for delivery and the following paperwork at the time of shipment:

            • An itemized customs invoice
            • A packing list for each box in the shipment
            • A statement of materials and origin
            • Shipping bill.

3. NYEMO Cambodia NGO is responsible for due and timely delivery. But we reserve the right to inform any irregularities which might eventually happen and delay the deadline.

4. NYEMO Cambodia NGO will replace or refund unsatisfied finished products on the next order.

5. For any order of the same items, buyers are able to enjoy with Whole Sale Price:

- 0% discount will be provided to order from 1 to 19 same items
- 5% discount will be provided to order from 20 to 49 same items
- 10% discount will be provided to order from 50 to 99 same items
- 20% discount will be provided to order from 100 or more same items.

6. Exclusive sale is valid for the original country of origin only. NYEMO Cambodia NGO reserves the rights to sell products to other country unless otherwise agree.

BUYERS

1- For new buyers who make order for the first time, a full amount representing the total cost of the order must be made.

2- For subsequent orders, after confirming the amount of the items ordered, the 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance of 50% of the total cost must be paid before delivering of the finished products.

3- For each transfer to Nyemo Cambodia bank account, a 10 USD bank charge must be taken into consideration and paid for by buyers. Buyers are also responsible for paying the bank service charges for transfer of money from their home country to Cambodia.

4- Kindly however note that since buyers are in charge of the bank charge, buyers who make only one bank transfer will need to pay only one bank charge.

5- Buyers are responsible for freight and shipping cost. Buyers are requested to pay Nyemo Cambodia back at the same time when they make the second transfer of money.

6- Due to long process of bank transfer, buyers are kindly required to send to NYEMO Cambodia NGO any payment proof from their bank to our account in Cambodia bank, via fax or scanned version through e-mail as soon as they have done the transfer.

7- Labels must be supplied to NYEMO Cambodia NGO during the production time for buyers who wish to use their own labels.
